We want you to love your jewellery and so do offer refunds on jewellery returned to us within 28 days of delivery. These products must be in their new and unworn condition, returned in the original packaging. All refunds will be made in full, excluding the cost of original postage.
Please note engraved or personalised nameplate jewellery is not returnable.
Earrings will arrive in sealed packaging, this is not the prettiest but it does ensure they have not been worn. We cannot accept returns on any earrings that have been opened from the bag due to reasons of hygiene.
We list dimensions for all of our jewellery, but if you have any questions please get in touch prior to ordering.
Include your paperwork in the parcel or note the order number and your details so we can process the return. Please allow up to 14 working days for this, please note that we do not cover the postage, so do get in touch prior to ordering if you have any questions.

All our Seol + Gold pieces are guaranteed for 1 year from the original purchase date (with proof of receipt). If you have a problem, please contact us at customercare@seolgold.com providing your original order number and outlining the issue.
Important Information About Our Warranty:
While we want you to love your pieces for as long as possible, some things must fall outside of our warranty:
- Loss or accidental damage
- General wear and tear, this includes scratches, broken chains and clasps, tarnishing after 12 months
- Damage from improper use, cleaning, or storage
- Items that have been repaired or altered by another jeweller
- Purchases made through third-party stockists. If your item was purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for support.
