Returns

We want you to love your jewellery and so do offer refunds on jewellery returned to us within 28 days of delivery. These products must be in their new and unworn condition, returned in the original packaging. All refunds will be made in full, excluding the cost of original postage.

 

Earrings will arrive in sealed packaging, this is not the prettiest but it does ensure they have not been worn. We cannot accept returns on any earrings that have been opened from the bag due to reasons of hygiene. Please note engraved jewellery is not returnable.

Wrong size – we list all dimensions and provide untouched model images so you can see the size of products on. If you have any questions please get in touch prior to ordering. 

Include your paperwork in the parcel or note the order number and your details so we can process the return. Please allow up to 14 working days for this, please note that we do not cover the postage, so do get in touch prior to ordering if you have any questions. 

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, then please get in touch with us at customercare@seolgold.com within 14 days of receipt.
